Refund policy

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

 

For a successful return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

 

To start the return process, simply email us at sales@dlab.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please do not send your item back before contacting us, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.

 

Damages or Wrong Items

 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that sale items are considered final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
