Order Processing & Shipping Times

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days. Please note that if you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.

Our standard shipping method is Careful Delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 7-18 business days after your order has been processed. Please be aware that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your specific location, the items in your order, and the shipping carrier you select.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.

 

Shipping Limitations

 

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

 

Delays

 

While we always aim to ship your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by the carrier or are due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as severe weather or natural disasters.
